We reached an agreement of $150 for the carpet cleaning. The technician "finished" cleaning the apartment (three bedrooms and a hallway) in less than 30 minutes, however the carpet was in the same condition as when he started.
After the "technician" left, I immediately called the number of the business demanding to speak with the manager about the poor service provided. The operator then communicated that the manager could not be currently reached and that I would receive a call. It is my impression that the call service used by the Easy Green Cleaners, is independent of the business as the manager was never present.
I received a call from the manager who told me that the technician would call and make an appointment to re-clean the carpets. The technician called, and I responded that I just wished to have my money back. He replied that he would call the manager. Since then I have called Easy Green Cleaners many times, and each time receiving the same response that the manager will return my call when they got a hold of him. Again, based upon the reviews in the above link, it is impossible to speak to anybody to make a complaint.
