We got a paper in the mail that said easy money lottery game. You scratch off the slots and if your numbers match any of the 4 circles that has numbers in them then you win that prize. If you win you call the number give your pin number that is on the card and set up an appointment to claim your prize. When we got there the tent was empty and there were about 8 other people waiting too so we called the number and we couldnt get a hold of anyone and the automated message said there was a license issue and the sale was cancelled. So we don't get our winnings even tho the paper said no purchase necessary.
