I bought this IPTV box on line from this site You can buy it from our website here http://www.easybox.tv/arabic-iptv-promotion. I was told that I can return it within 30 days if I don;t like with full refund. After about 10 days. I informed where it was sent which is the address above that I don't like and I would like to return it. They were not happy, but I did return it about 2 weeks ago. They received it at the above address. They initially told me that they will give me back my money after deducting 30% of the price restocking and the initial shipping cost. After I argued with them, they said they will not accept the refund and simply they send me back the box. So far I have not received anything. I learned later on that they are not the official agent of the box and they are selling an old outdated box. The official agent advised me with this
