Received email to receive a Stanley Tool Set after taking a survey. Paid 9.95 for shipping. I have been charged 89.95 for 2 months. Contacted number on bank statement and they said I entered a sweepstake and haven’t won the tool set. They are charging me the 89.95 to keep getting these promotions. They are going to cancel me and refund me $50.

This isn’t what I read in the terms and I read them very carefully but after you go back into their website the terms are different.

I’ve learned not to participate in these mailings because they are scams.

I would appreciate a complete refund not $50.

I haven’t received anything for the $$$ they have taken.
