Their website portrays the passport renewal paperwork. You fill it out only, give them your credit card info, then they say they'll send you an email with your renewal paperwork and where to mail it with your 2x2 pictures. After charging my debit card (comes through as a charge from POS PURCHASE AT FS*easyusapassport) $106.18, I never heard from them again. Their website has said unavailable for updates for several days. No one answers the phone when called.
