I ordered some high fiber treats off of shameless snacks from EatShameless.com. I have been sent to tracking information and when I open up the tracking information, it says that it is a package shipping via Amazon from “bug MD” I have reached out to their support at [email protected] multiple times and gotten no help. Their Facebook messenger just asked me to send my order number and then never responds and then their actual email just sends me tracking information that again tells me it’s something shipping from bug MD. I found further investigation. Multiple people have reported never receiving their products though some report that they have.
