i was searching for a website to order 3 mini schellenberg mini screw on blind winders. I was directed to a website eayustore.com. I placed an order for 3 blind winders. The order came to 65.97. I used my mastercard to pay. I was told the order may take 5 days to confirm. I got a order number and a tracking number. After 2-3 weeks I checked my tracking number. I discovered my purchase was coming from China. Big red flags now, i emailed customer service and they assured me my order was coming to be patient. Two months later my purchase arrived in my mail slot. It was a knock off ******* love ring worth about 20.00. I took pictures of the invoice and the purchase that arrived and sent them to [email protected]. She apologized and said she would check in to this but it may take some time. She offered me 20% of my money back. I requested a full refund because I did not order a ring. As of today Oct 14/21, 1 week after delivery and many emails to their customer service the website is no longer valid.
