This person offered to sale an english bulldog puppy through the puppyfind website. After negotiating a price on the puppy she goes ahead and requests a deposit to the hold the puppy and after disappears. She created a new website promoting her breeding experience and kennel but does not have any puppy information. She uses a phone number to text and when you try to call her she will not respond and then calls back from a blocked ID phone number. She goes by the name of Melissa Caldwell and her kennel name is EB Tea Pupz. During the payment transaction she asks for a debit payment of the phone through a payment service link. In my case I chose to make the paypment via paypal and her email was under the name of Carolyn Hutton Beco.
