Found a car on Facebook market and contacted the buyer. They told me that the reason the 2008 Nissan Altima was 1200 because they needed to sell it fast because they were leaving for duty. They told me Ebay motors was taking care of it and I would only need to pay for the car. Ebay emailed me a invoice and I paid though ebay cards. Once the payment went through they asked me to pay 1000 for shipping insurance. But I was not told before hand and or even informed on the invoice. I asked my order to be canceled and they stopped responding.
