I found a dune buggy that I wanted to purchase. When I reached out to the seller, Jennifer Royer, [email protected], she said the buggy had been moved to the warehouse of Ebay in Omaha, Nebraska and that the payment would have to be through Ebay Vehicle Purchase Protection using only Ebay Gift Cards for payment. She had Ebay Financial send me an invoice showing what I was purchasing, along with pictures. I purchased the gift cards and gave the numbers to David at Ebay Customer Service. II was sent proof of payment from Ebay. Later I noticed the invoice had a different seller name of Victoria Wilson (100% positive feedback) at 4906 Ruggles Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68104. I emailed Jennifer and asked her about the name and she assured me that she, Jennifer, was the seller. I made several calls back to Ebay Customer Service at 480-478-0282 for status of shipment. Took numerous calls but finally David answered the phone as Ebay Customer Service and he assured me the delivery would be made on the 3rd day. Needless to say the delivery was never made.
