I ordered the new EBDesign BC5000 bars and the wrong ones were sent. These are the old ones and expired on 11/14/2023, almost a year ago. Please send a return label and ship what I placed an order for. My confirmation email is below. Here are pics of what I received. Samantha "
8/10 they respond and say they're sending a return label and will issue a refund. That is the very last time i've heard from them. I've sent MULTIPLE emails and contact forms to them since. They 100% lied. They sent me a fake product that was expired 8+ months, and NEVER issued a refund. I asked them to mail me the product that I ordered instead of the refund and got no response. I sent another email saying since they weren't going to mail me what I paid for and ordered to send me a refund, still no response. This company is absolutely terrible. Scamming people and sending fake products.
