My parents contacted this breeder and inquired about buying a puppy. The breeder texted my parents back information about the puppy, price, details of shipping which was provided by the breeder. After making arrangement for payment....which was initially western union which didn’t work. My parents paid them the agreed upon 500 dollars with an amazon gift card on Friday. They were told the dog would then be shipped. By Sunday the dog still had not been shipped and after several texts to the man he stated he shipped the puppy and we would receive the tracking information. The information from the shipping agency arrived by email and stated that an additional 750 dollars was required for an appropriate crate to ship the dog. My parents contacted the man again and he gave them a complete run around when they asked him to pay for the crate since he had already stated that they the breeder covered the shipping. The man was asked to either pay the cost of the crate which was initially agreed upon or refund my parents money. The man did neither. He has my parents money and they have no puppy. Upon further investigation this breeder site was listed on a pet scanners website.
