• The company is not U.S. based.
• Their contact phone number (+44 02890311110) belongs to another company https://envoyofbelfast.com/; they are aware of the issue and have nothing to do with eBookMore.com.
• Their contact address (4 Wellington Street, Belfast, London, UK, BT1 6HT ) is a vacant location in Belfast, London.
• Their complaint contact information is for a NY based book store that has nothing to do with eBookMore.com and has been fielding may complaint calls explaining as such. They have been trying to figure out how to shut the company down.

I then contacted them using their online messaging system via Facebook Messenger and received an automated message that told me they would contact me within a few hours. They never contacted me.
What is most concerning is that the website offers up two phone numbers and two addresses; a US contact in New York, NY and a UK contact in Ireland. I called the US number and spoke with a woman on the phone to find out that it was a personal number with no relation to the company. She said she receives nearly 10 calls a day and that the company is unlawfully using her contact information on the website. I called the UK number (and was charged for international fees) to find the same thing-- a fashion company with no relation to the book company who receives numerous messages a day.
Despite the fact that I received one of my books, I question whether I was given this book license legally. I doubt that I will ever hear from this fraudulent company and everyone should be warned that this website is a scam!
