Whoever this is, claimed to be from Verizon stating I have been a loyal customer for all these years, and to take a survey about their company. I did the survey and it said my reward was a free 4K HD TV. Then I was charged 4.95 times 2 transactions. WTF.

I just noticed the same amount being taken from my account today too? Have know idea who this is either, never ordered anything online. Some changes were $49.95. I canceled the card used and am going to the bank tomorrow to fill out a fraud charge. At least they can’t take any more money out. Good luck to you
