I was approached approx. 5 yrs ago by Global Securities to do ongoing protection for my computer. I 1st spoke with a Jack Wayne @ ph# 800-541-943 x 0017 , Emp# MXBJ-0786. Then I spoke with a Roy Henson X: 1701, Emp# MXBJ-8501 . web: ebwebsecureshop. I sent Recently 2 checks in Oct 2023 1. $999.00 & 2nd for $1499.00 to Index Solutions. They had me take pictures with my cell phone of the checks. I did not mail them USPS. I have since gotten a new checking acct & cancelled my old one. I spoke with Roy Henson this week & requested Cancellation of their services. He gave me a cancellation request# 8892800367. They had threatened to get into my checking account that is why I changed & got a new one. Roy Henson keeps calling me 4 or 5 times a day, even on Sunday. He leaves a message that he wants to gets this cancelled out but what it boils down to is they want more money. He said if this matter isn't settled they will charge me another $1,800.00 for future service.
