I did not buy thankfully despite many hours of pressure.
The reason I am contacting you is that during the presentation they stated on several occasions that they has a "A" rating from the BBB. I find this a gross misrepresentation of your fine work.
I am not sure if there is anything you re able to do with this information but I thought that you should know.
I have also (now) read the complaints about the company and I would like to say that they are still perpetuating the lies suggested, such as no resort fees and no all inclusive costs. Once again I am not sure what, if anything, you can do with this information, but feel so sorry for these people who were actually scammed into giving them money for a poor or non existent product, and that the complaints both are true, and that people are still being conned out of their money with false promises. This is despite the claims on the replies to the complaints that staff training and re-education has taken place to prevent this further.
