I replied to an ad on Facebook for "Ecco" shoes, paid $81.00 USD and was mailed a receipt for that amount (No taxes or shipping costs). Immediately after purchase I checked my bank account and found 2 payments made out to "EPL GZKTGANM LTD." in the amounts of $123.96 and $142.11 CAD.

According to currency conversion rates on the date of purchase (13 Nov 2020) the amount including currency conversion should have been $106.48.

After checking the sellers web address (https://outlet.eccousshop.com) on several Scam related websites, I verified that indeed the site was indeed a scam.

I immediately notified my bank and emailed the seller to request cancellation of the order and a return of my money. To date neither has been done.
