I needed to report a back brace that I purchased as a Christmas gift for my mother. However, it was too big for her! I did what the website said, sent an e-mail. I have now sent abnout 4 and still have not heard from them!

Received lesser quality product for abounded brace but, paid for the more expensive one; received nothing for neck brace with magnets. There were no packing slips.

The 1st three photos are what I paid for ...the last two are showing the shoulder brace I actually got. Both are on their website.

I bought a knee brace from Ecobrace. i ordered an xxxl size and they sent a xxl and it is way too small. I measured and followed their directions on their super website.
no one will answer me. no phone number, NO RESPONSE IN WEEKS. I PAID $32.95 PLUS $1.95 SHIPPING PLUS $3.30 FOR (OF ALL THINGS ...A TIP! ) I DO NOT KNOW WHERE TO SEND THE UNWEARABLE BRACE. Here is a copy of the email I just sent to "ECOBRACES":

I bought the "PAIN-RELIEF MAGNETIC THERMAL NECK BRACE" trusting it would look like the photos on your site. https://ecobraces.com/products/pain-relief-magnetic-thermal-neck-brace

You cashed my payment on 10/12/2021.

WHAT I GOT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH WHAT YOU REPRESENTED.

YOU ARE PRACTICING "FALSE ADVERTISING".

It is flimsy. Only 3.5" tall. With only 3 magnets inside, instead of the 5 shown on your photo.

It was delivered in a small plastic package which did not show the name "ECOBRACES" on it.

Suspicious, I looked up the "5215 SOUTH BOYLE AVENUE - BUILDING 2 - VERNON, CA - 90058 address and found numerous complaints listing you as SCAM ARTISTS on the ScamPulse.com (BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU) site.

I called my Bank who started an investigation into your fraudulent business practice.

I also reported you to the BBB.

Pay me back, or you will hear from me further.

Bought a Posture Corrector back brace for my mom and after receiving, had a few questions. No phone number available so I emailed them, with no response. I emailed again a week later, no response, and a third time this week. The back brace is not working for her. It doesn't fit right, rolls, just not a good product. I want to return it, and a FULL refund of $36.08! Should have checked BBB before ordering!

They sent me a used product that didn't fix my body and i tried to contact them by email to get my money back, but to no avail. Their phone number is not listed. I filed a report with BBB and i live in Niles Michigan. I'm in the process to small claim court in California. I have to finish the process, they tell me i would have to be present. I will check into it some more. These people need to be stopped, It's a scam

This company is a complete SCAM! Bought a men's XXL ECOBRACE. I'm an XL but bought up a size for comfort. They sent me a receipt email saying that the product was a final sale with no return available---? This no-return statement wasn't present on their website when I bought it. When the ECOBRACE arrived it was like a men's small! I emailed them to return it but they didn't answer back. I contested it with Bank of America but was unable to get a refund and just gave away the brace to Goodwill. STAY AWAY from ECOBRACE if you don't want to lose you money!

They gave me my order, the product looked used and worn. It's cheap and doesn't work, it's a scam. I'm going to contact the courts and see if they can do something about this, the dumb idoits.

This company is HORRIBLE! Their product is flimsy! Sent 4 emails and a letter the address on package for instructions to return. HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY RESPONSE TO ANY CONTACT. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY SHOULD BE OUT OF BUSINESS There is no customer service whatsoever!

Terrible company! Sent 4 emails concerning return. No communication. Product flimsy. No way to return because there is no address on site and no response from company. Do not deal with this company. There are better products on Amazon Better quality better price

This looked like an honest website. I ordered a back brace from them on May 6, 2020. I am still waiting for the brace. They charged my credit card the same day I placed the order. I have tried to contact their customer service many times and have not been able to get through. This part of their site does not seem to be available to customers! HOW CONVENT!

There seems to be nothing else that I can do, but absorb my loss and warn others NOT to buy from ECO Braces.
