The exact same issue happened to me on Friday april 16 2020
Same charges with the same story and refusal of return.
THIS COMPANY IS FRAUD !
CONSUMERS AFFAIRS PLEASE TAKE A NOTE.
DO NOT GO ON THIS WEBSITE
YOU WILL HAVE UNWANTED SHOPPING DONE FOR YOU !

The sales website is grossly misleading, without use of any order confirmations. And after entering credit card info, you're then redirected to addons which initially appeared to be a part of the original purchase. Even worse after clicking clicking these addons, rather than being added to a cart or being prompted to submit an order, you're instead immediately charged for the addon as a separate order without consent, or any indication that an order is taking place. What started as a simple curiosity about a product that was advertised at $32 turned into 2 forced charges of $51.90, and $19.90 without ever confirming that an order was being submitted. Their "Support team" refused to issue a full refund.
