ECOM MENTORS AND CHRIS NWALER ARE A JOKE! Don't walk but run from this shady company. Once they get your money, you will never hear from them again. Taking advantage of people is awful, but to do so during a Human Heath crisis is reprehensible! I was trying to replace the income that I lost due to COVID - 19. These people are just thieves in the day. Don't waste your time, or especially your MONEY dealing with this SCAMMER.

Ecom Mentors LLC provides very slow almost non-existent customer services and support. I paid $697 for their e-commerce course and shopify store creation. I received a store with four items on it, and the owner then went ghost on me. I have decided to choose another shopify consultant as this company does not have good communication or execution. THEY ALSO DO NOT OFFER ANY REFUND!

I placed an order on March 2 for antiviral masks. When I went to look at my PayPal account it says the company sent me my order on March 8 by epacket, whatever that is. No such order was received so I then contacted the phone number and the call went to a voicemail that was full. I then attempted to find the website listed by that was a dead end also. SO here I am, now scammed by a second company. I've informed PayPal of the issue but the "defendant" has up to 30 days to get back to PayPal. So I'm sitting here just waiting.
Since both my scam orders are form untraceable sights I can't even tell you how I found them in the first place? I don't want what happened to me to happen to anyone else so please make sure to warn consumers of my discovery.
