A person first called me from a San Antonio phone number saying I set up an online account about a year ago to make some extra money. This account collects commission on online sales. This account has now accumulated over $3,000 in commission but the account is on hold until I pay them the service free’s for the online account that add up to $383. Then another person called me from a Haden, AZ phone number to confirm my email address and my mailing address. They then emailed me an invoice for the $383 an asked that I overnight either a cashiers check or money order to the address on the invoice or they would report me to collections. The email also included a link to the website that I was earning commissions on http://shoppingcloudmall.com Password: *******. They also included a link to the Arizona Corporation Commission https://ecorp.azcc.gov/BusinessSearch/BusinessInfo?entityNumber=L18131122. The address on the invoice is to the UPS Store in Glendale, AZ.

This company, HMS LLC. called me out of the blue on 6/23/23 and said I had spent $49.00 in January 2022 for hosting a web page. They told me I needed to pay for the one year of hosting and get caught up before I could claim the over $3000.00 this website made over the past year. So I mailed a check to HMS LLC 8050 N 19th Ave Suite 416 Phoenix, AZ. 85021 623-888-6366 First transaction occurred on 06/27/2023 in the amount of $359.40 (with a money order) + the first priority mail charge of $28.75. Next, they asked if I would want to keep this account going and collect commission checks in the amount of $ 25,000.00 on the First and the 15th of each month, with a cap of $300,000.00 this year. So I sent the second check to them on 07/24/2023 in the amount of $11,729.82 (sent with a cashier check for $28.75.) But they wanted me to send it to a different name. Here is the info. Marketing Campaign payment information.. Total $11,729.82 Send to EWM LLC and the address is 8050 N 19th Ave Suite 237 Phoenix, AZ. 85021 Money Order or Cashiers Check. If you send through USPS use overnight shipping. It will cost an additional $28.75 which we will reimburse. They also used my over $3000.00 commission check to put toward the total that I owed. I received a tracking number from the post office each time I mailed a check and I had to give that tracking number to them by email or by calling (623) 888-6366. I got a confirmation from HMS LLS on the two payments, so they cashed that money on their side. They committed to provide me with a check for $13,000.00 on the first of August which they would mail it to me. Then on August 15th, I was supposed to get another check for $12,500.00 continuing this payment on the 1st and 15th of every single month starting on August 1st for a year. I've sent them multiple emails and called MANY TIMES. They don't answer their phones so I had to leave messages about the first two paychecks since I haven't received any of them and I haven't received a response from them either. No communication regarding the money since I paid my $11,000 + dollars. I think not only should we get our monies back but they should follow through with what they promised us. Look at how many times this same thing has happened to a lot of trusting people and they keep getting away with it. I would like some help with this issue, please! I would like my money back. I have submitted this to the ScamPulse.com and the company did not respond. Total money lost $12,195.72.

The sweet old lady said I needed to pay 359.00 to open my locked account then they’d send me the money I had made off of a website that I forgot I signed up on. Like a commissions website. They even sent me a link to “my website” as to who spent money on what and how much commission I made in each sale. They were pretty convincing. The lady told me a gentleman would call me back with the details. When he called back, the connection was bad so he disconnected the call and sent me an email, with my invoice sent as a pdf attachment. Looked legit. My son works in computer security and I asked myself all the questions he would ask and looked farther in to it. Sure enough, there’s ScamPulse.com with an F. It’s just such a shame these scammers do this kind of thing.
