For awhile the numbers had no information updated, and now they don't exist. That was the last contact I had and never received any more quilts. In searching the company, the websites no longer exists.

Contacted eCrafta customer service numerous times; assigned request numbers, and received an email from “Mariah Garner” twice. I emailed customer service weekly until the site was taken down mid-March 2019.

I have sent several emails regarding my purchase, but the only response I get is "Thank you for your order and we will update you within 24 hours". I did receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number. when I looked at the email, it says it will come either standard post or UPS. All i want to know is how do i get my money back?
