On January 18, 2022, I had ordered a particular set of pillow covers through Amazon that were pending. The charge for the order went through but when checking on the status of my order, it continued to state order is pending. I eventually called and finally spoke to someone to request a refund which was granted in March 2022. Next, while searching for other pillow covers, this website came up with the product I was looking for (ecsitw.com-online store). It had the same particular pillow covers that I had previously ordered with Amazon but at a much cheaper price. Imagine how excited I was and proceeded to order them again with this website on April 18, 2022. The charge went through but the order was pending. I continued to check back every 4-5 days but the status remained the same. So I used the email address provided: [email protected] to contact them regarding my order. I emailed them on at least 5 different occasions but have yet to receive any response from them. There was no phone number provided only this email address. When I received my charge card statement, a different company name appeared on my statement: HAPPYQUILT.STORES TSUSHI MI on the same order date and the exact cost of the product. I googled that name and it came up: Happy Little Quilt Shop (Imlay City, MI). I called them; it was not their company and they did not sell the product. Afterwards, I called my credit card company to dispute the charge. Following that, I contacted the BBB. Org to report it. Please be aware when the company does not offer a phone number to contact them.
