I signed up for our local community college. I was contacted by this Shea Smith to PAY for a college course for Thomas Nelson Community College (Hampton, Virginia and Williamsburg, Virginia). I saw this Shea Smith is in California. I contacted the local college and was told this was a SCAM as the college doesn't have a third party payment nor advisors/councilors that this person posed as.
