On March 30th at about 12: PM I was approached by two Hispanic gentlemen in the parking lot of the Goodwill store located at 3121 S. 38th Street in Tacoma, WA. One of them handed me a business card (which I still have) with the business titled "Eddy's Mobile Auto Body (253) 754-4989." They offered to removed some door dings from the fender of my car quite inexpensively. Unfortunately I took the bait. After only 3 or for whacks with a hammer, they smeared copious amounts of car wax over the damaged spots, and said the wax had to stay on until it dried. Obviously this was to obscure the fact that no repairs had been performed at all. For this I was charged $280. They were driving separate vehicles. One an older gray or silver Chevy Blazer with California plates. The other was a newer black (I think Honda) "Brick." I did not observe the plates on that vehicle.
