This online doctors office promised the delivery of compounded semaglutide. I went through their steps online. Received the first two doses. The third refill was on 06/12/25 and was never sent. I reached out on 06/28 and was told I need to re-do a consult. I did that on 07/01. Nothing was sent. I called 07/09 for a status update and was told there was a dr error and it was not sent to the pharmacy. I was told it would be sent to the pharmacy. I followed up 07/11 and it was not sent. I followed up 07/14 and was told that they would look into it and get back to me and nobody got back to me.

I was told that I would be getting glp-1 but what I received was two viles that had actually been a watered down product. I never spoke to a doctor ever and was never texted by anyone from the company for two months. They are frauds.

This was a scam run through Tindr (and probably other dating sites) that asks potential victims to "create free accounts" on either needmyfwb.com or nsaonly.com. Both of these are owned by the same person and run through offshore servers. Individual scammer seemed to be using a burner, and attempted to convince the victim by sending images of "herself" via text.
