They sent an email that looks like a receipt and when you call the number they want you to download an app to connect to the better business Bureau. I told them my phone didn't like the app and they hung up on me. The app is connectwise with 2 red boxes as the logo. I didn't download it because I knew i could just get on the website to report the fraud.
