Type of a scam Sweepstakes/Lottery/Prizes
Then it transferred me to a person. This man told me congratulations, and for a moment I thought that I really did misdial. I told him that and he just responded "Well you, m'am must have some extremely good luck." Then he asked for my name, and my phone number. Then told me to visit edge97.com, then select Online Will Call. Entered my phone number and then it continued until I got to a page asking to pay for port fees and tax of $119.
I was skeptical so I went to google and type in "Edge 97 scam." WOW I'm impressed with these scammers. They have a fake blog to back them up, with fake posts from fake people claiming that they won and have gone on the trip before. http://cruisebloghub.com/edge97radiocruisecontest/
Also the cruiseline "GoHolidayCruiseLine" has a fake website as well. Most of these things look legitimate, and you wouldn't think anything of it. https://goholidaycruiseline.com/
One other thing. The website edge97.com looks EXACTLY the same as the website for blaze101.com *Which DOES have scam complaints about it.
Please, there must be some way to have these taken down. I'm sure so many people have fallen for it. I never fall for scams but for some reason this one almost got me.
