I bought a refurbished ps5 through their website, and was then sent no tracking information and received no correspondence from the people running the site. The Item was never delivered.

This website offers a lot of tech products at good prices. I placed an order and have received no updates or support (communication whatsoever) after almost 30 days. There are order status updates, but these look to be automated as economy shipping has taken over 20 days. I've reached out via phone, email, and platform messaging with no answer. This is so obviously a scam.
