I purchased a puzzle board for $38.89 and never received the item, when I contacted the vendor they said it was shipped to me and furnished a USPS tracking number. I checked with the post office and they confirmed receiving a package with a weight of less than one ounce, the item is 36x 24 inches and weighs approximately 6 pounds. When explained this to the company they would not listen stating that the item was shipped. I feel this was a fraud, mailing a small item in order to get a legitimate tracking number and not admitting the fraud.
