I emailed them several times. They want me to send back the Fanny Pack at my expense to a different location that it came from. Then once they get the fanny pack back they say they will give me a credit of 60% .
I have told them several times that this is not satisfactory and that i want what i ordered and i will not send back an Item that i didn't order at my expense that isn't worth the price of postage.
