I Machere Ilboudo is disagreeing with the outcome of the case with my Chase (Amazon rewards visa card) getting rebilled $99 on my account. On 6/4/2021 I placed an order on a website called (edmmundoj.com) that sells discounted merchandise/ home items. Everything came up to a total of over $350. It was a deep discount that I only realize when I was paying that it brought me to pay pal but i paid with my chase card. It came up to $99. It was an order for 4 AVAWING farmhouse French Fabric dining chairs that I saw on Amazon for $351 for a 4 pack so I googled the chairs name and it brought me this website that I never used before. They were selling 2 for $82, I ordered 4 and 2 large transparent dining table protector pads and a few other décor items. I never got a conformation invoice of all the items that is actually in ordered. I disputed it on 6/11 on the chase app and Chase re credited my account back however I called Chase twice today 6/25/21 because I saw that I was rebilled the $99 on 6/22. Chase claimed that they contacted the seller who I could never get in touch with and the seller claimed that they delivered the items to my front porch on 6/5 at 6:49pm with a bogus tracking # that does not exist. I put it in the UPS website and it does not exist. A supposed delivery on 6/5 would be impossible because I placed the order at almost midnight on 6/4. Needless to say I never received the items I ordered. And why would I dispute it on the 11th if I supposed received it on the 5th? I called the 402-935-7733 on the order and got no one and the sent an email to the one I saw on the website ([email protected]) got no response, emailed TAYLOR MCKENZIE ([email protected]) got no response. However he had time to fabricate a bogus tracking #. Please credit back my account the $99.
