Family Member searched for HP printer support online found edriversllc.com contacted them and gave access to their computer to "fix their printer" the scammer ran some code through command prompt and then said "Your computer is infected, if you don't pay all your information will be wiped" family member hung up the call immediately and didn't pay the fee. Unsure if the scammer sent identifiable information to a private server to sell or harass the individual.
