I received a call from a person claiming to be from Educare Centre Services in Nov. or Dec. 2014.  They insisted I would benefit from them giving me a lower interest rate on 2 credit cards if I paid $796.00 to them.  I agreed to get them off the phone and called my granddaughter who upon looking them up found this to be a hoax.  I immediately called them back to cancel this and they told me I could not cancel.  This was all within a matter of (1) hour.  I thought this was settled and no longer have number of this company.

Bill came in mail for amount due: $796.09. . . .This letter is to inform you the above mentioned firm has retained our services. . . .You are further advised that unless you, within thirty (30) days after receipt of this notice, dispute the validity of the debt, or any portion thereof, we will assume that the debt is valid.
