educare/credit card services/financial consultant company, etc...call from 855-563-4431. running a scam that offers 0% interest on a credit card debt then manipulate a person and convince them they agreed to an agreement to pay for services that were not even provided. when i tried to tell them i did not agree with them they talked over me for 30 minutes telling me how i should. they refused to provide proof that any services were provided when confronted. they claim to record all calls, but when asked to provide the recordings of their negotiations with those credit card companies they could not comply
