They had all the info on my student loans and wanted to put me on a payment plan for 1 year. $166 dolors for 3 months and $77 a month for the next 9 months. About 4 months in I received a letter from a debt collection agency. Got me thinking and called and their number in my checking account and as always very professional and said they needed all my loan info to pass on to the debt collector. I was thinking they already have all my student loan info and a bell went off in my head. I have been scammed. Currently putting stops on the electronic wire transfers.
