Eddie posed as a licensed contractor. He requested 15% plus material/supply costs. He immediately deposited our check but never did any work. We made several attempts to resolve the issue even allowing him an opportunity to do other smaller jobs to at least get something for our money but he continued to make excuses. We never received any services for our money.
