I was to purchase a havanese puppy from Edwin havanese pet home. Puppy name Ellie..I sent 600.00 dollars by money gram thru Walmart store. Then Edwin said I needed to pay a 990 dollar shipping fee refundable at time of arrival..I then decided it was a scam n since then I have not heard from or received a puppy or my money back..why do people do this..
