I purchased a dress off an ad on Pinterest (this was my 1st mistake) from a company called eigoal.com on 9/7/24. I've filed a complaint via the "support" email provided after purchase (CS Help aka [email protected]). Today (9/25/24), I received a cheap plastic ring from China, assumingly the company advertised on Pinterest, as it came addressed from China. I didn't receive the dress I ordered and have not heard from the company's "support" in response to my requesting a refund.
