Site is the first one that shows up on google. Apparently looking like the IRS page. I completed a request for a EIN that is done through the IRS. I was unaware I was on the wrong site and it was very confusing. I completed payment of $249 for an EIN. No confirmation number, no email confirmation number. Nothing. I started doing research only to see others have had issues as well. Also that this is a free service through IRS. I then called the number and after several attempts at calling I would get to speak to someone. It rings you press zero then it is silent in the background. I have phone records where I have called and half the time no answer or the line would hang up. So let me add that I was very angry and frustrated with this. When I did finally reach someone the first thing they asked is for a order number which I never had to begin with. They said emails were sent and may have been sent to spam. It was a new email account and I had no spam messages whatsoever. They also said confirmation of a refund would be sent to my email and apparently three emails were sent. I never received those. This site is unreliable. Needs to be shut down.
