Horrible scam calls! Calling at work number saying a processor was going to serve me! Turning this information in to the attorney generals office! This is unacceptable practices! Joshua Aguilar @ 800-208-6980! Not normal procedure if indeed this was the case. Would be coming certified via mail or county constable.

The call me they said i was being sue and the the police would be coming to knock my door and serve me. I ask them where did they get my number they said the court. I ask them why i was being sue for for they said that they did not know. Complete harassment i call it.

On 8/10/20, I received numerous calls to my landline and cell and to my brother from a Texas number saying that formal action had been taken against me and they wanted to know when the county sheriff's deputies can come and serve me papers at home or work. They said I should call 1-800-208-6980 for setting up a time and to get more information. I've never had a law suit filed against me for anything as far as I know and, from what I do know about the process, process servers don't set up an appointment to serve papers. I checked here first to see if I should call back and found that others had this same experience. I do not plan to call the number but thought I should comment to let others know about my experience.

I just received a call from lady at 305-713-9233. She told me to have my sister call EISENSTADT [censored]. 800-208-6980 within 4 hours to serve her some papers for court. Or court will go on without her. I told her she will not be available in that time frame. So the lady said well can someone sign for her. It's clearly a scam. I didn't go further with her i just passed the number over to my sister and let her handle it.

On July 22, 2020, I answered a call from a Texas phone number (281-612-6183) and was told by a man named Angel that I needed to call 800-208-6980 and ask for the 'Legal Department' to schedule a time for a process server to bring me 'some legal documents'. He provided a 6-digit case number for me to reference when I made the call and said all he could tell me was that the case involved Eisenstadt & Associates; I would have to call the number and schedule delivery to find out more. I should mention that I live in central Florida so this procedure seemed odd, to say the least.
This not being my first time on the receiving end of 'some legal documents', yet the first time they've been handled in this way, I took the number and repeated the info back to my caller as requested. Previous experience with process servers has shown me that they'll show up unannounced during reasonable business hours and neither want nor need an invitation.
There have been a number of calls since that I've either missed or declined. I have no faith in the validity of the caller or his intent.

Horrible company! Who are obviously scammers..got a call stating my father is being served. I said Isn’t it illegal to serve people over the phone? You send letters. The guy got very rude. He stated “we only try two attempts if not the court date will take place without him”. I told Him is that even legal? And he got so mad and started being sarcastic. I did The same thing. After he told me, “he has to call back in one hour if not oh well” i told Him, he’s working what is he suppose to do then. He said dosent he get a break or a lunch. It’s 1:45 dude that passed already. It’s ridiculous for someone to call you trying to scam you and GIVE YOU ATTITUDE because your on to them.

Received multiple calls from multiple different numbers 380-222-3222, 937-249-3662, 216-200-3095, 937-732-0497, leaving voice mail "This urgent message is intended for Clifford Harkins my name is Jessica Ramirez and I'm calling you regarding a formal complaint that requires your immediate attention. We have documents scheduled to be delivered to your place of residence and employment. Please have a valid ID to insure proper delivery. If you or your attorney has any questions or concerns regarding this complaint. You will need to contact our client immediately at 800-208-6980. Again that number is 800-208-6980 and reference your case number 316***" I called this number which connects to a company they say is Eisentadt Associates a litigation firm gave them case number they said it already left their office but if I give them my birth date and verify my whole 9 digit ssn number and DL number they would tell me whit was regarding I didn't feel comfortable giving them anything so told them to serve me I've been receiving similar calls at home and work same details different people and company names for almost 8 years now wish they would either stop or serve me already

I received a call from 305 999-7809 Josh Way. Claimed to have a formal complaint with a statement that documents were scheduled to go to a residence and employer. Stated to have Attorney call 1-800-208-6980. When I called there was a rude guy that stated it was a law firm Eisenstadt & Associates out of California. Both numbers can not be validated. I called a friend to check into the numbers and law firm, he couldn't find anything valid. I called again and supposedly it was a different guy answering the phone that stated it's not a Law Firm but a Litigation Firm. None of this seems legit. Wouldn't a legit firm mail registered paperwork through the post office and not make harassing phone calls or suggestions to every number they found associated with a person. Even if I received the call by mistake, I take it personal because the SCAMS are getting out of hand. There is a Pandemic going on and they have time to play on our phones.
