I ordered a Pilates reformer exercise machine as a gift for a friend. I entered her address and started tracking it. After 1 month the order shows as delivered to the wrong address and city. I emailed the company several times and they kept saying the item is on the way. I informed them the order was delivered to the wrong addrsss. They kept saying order is on the way. The company refused to issue a refund
