Ekzia.com posts ads on FB and an Instagram site which appear to be a legitimate company. They receive money through PayPal who is not shutting this down even though they know it’s a scam. Even BofA received many fraud complaints about Ekzia they but cannot refund people’s money when PayPal deducts it directly from your bank account.

Ekzia will send you an item, significantly different than what you ordered and not your full entire order so as to have a tracking number to provide to PayPal. Once PayPal receives that they deny your claim. So basically the seller could mail you a paper weight and give PayPal the tracking and your refund claim will get denied. You will be out of money with no items to show for it.

Do not buy from this seller . And in my opinion do not use PayPal until they get appropriate customer service . They have no one to talk to or message that can send you a real message pertaining to your issue. Everything is automated during Covid.
