ELCFAX.COM SCAM ALERT!!

This is fake.
A person will message you interested in buying your car, they will sound honest and legit and will ask details about your vehicle.
But then afterbyou agreed to meet up to show the car, they will ask you to run a carfax on "ELCFAX.COM".
The website was created last month and already has complaints and marked as suspicious activity.
DO NOT BUY ANY ""CAR FAX"" REPORTS FROM THIS WEBSITE. It's fake!

Selling my car and I get a text interested to buy my vehicle. He wants me to get ElcFax before he comes to view car. I let him know never heard of it and that I have provided CarFax and all necessary information on car advertisement. Continues to message me about obtaining ElcFax I ask him to stop and he continues to Solicit ElcFax. 5 days and wont stop everyday "Did you purchase the ElcFax, I will buy the car. I am serious" DO NOT USE ELCFAX!

I’m selling my car and I’ve had 4 text messages from different numbers all start the same and then ask for the nap report and they all want the specific report or they won’t meet up. So I bought one of those reports not knowing from the first message that this was a scam till I got more threw out the day. So I gave credit card and info they not coming to buy my car
