I booked this company to transport my son’s car home from college, from Florida to Maryland. Two other friends also booked with “Max.” Max had us pay upfront and was very responsive to texts. We were back and forth about pick up date, time, location… then he had one excuse after another. Didn’t pick up my car- wouldn’t return money. Back and forth through texts and phone calls. Very apologetic. Said he would return money. Just disconnected his cell phone number.
