Was shopping for a specialty sweatshirt that had prints from a video game (Elden Ring) for my boyfriend. When I finally received my item, it was completely different from what was purchased. I contacted the seller via email the same day, never heard back. I filed a dispute via PayPal, which they answered and said they would reach out to me via email personally to resolve. Responded via PayPal stating I wanted a refund for the incorrect item. No response. No one contacted me via email. I sent three follow-up emails and all were ignored.
