Chinese Company Posing as an American Company
They said I would have to return it to China and it would be very expensive. They then offered me a 5% refund, then 10% and the 15%. I turned them all down and lodged a dispute with my credit card company.
After they received my dispute, they offered me a 30% refund or the chance to send it to the "return address" which I assumed was Montebello, CA. When I opted to return it, once again they wanted me to send it to China.
I told them I'm going to file a complaint with the California Attorney General. Will that work? I don't know, but I encourage anyone who has done a review or wants to do a review to Google, "California Attorney General Complaint". The result will be a form where you can file a complaint against this company. The more complaints we can make against this company, the sooner we can get them shut down!
