I placed an order with this company and at the time of purchase the item showed to be in stock and will ship in 7-10 days. That was in early November 2021. I still have not received the product. I call the phone number, no answer, I leave a message. I was originally receiving email replies which indicate that my item will ship "on Friday". When I reach out for a tracking number, I am told sorry, it did not ship after all. This happened 3 different times. Then I asked for my money back and now I am not getting a reply via email or telephone. No item, no money ($531)!

They have since removed their website. I would like to think its because they are so backlogged and won't put it back up until they fix their mess but I am sad to say that they may have made off with my money and so many other people's money as well.

Purchased 2 electric bikes in July 2021. Never received!!! Response to past emails promised the bikes would ship soon. After 5 months of excuses, I tried to cancel the order and requested a refund. After a few weeks one package was shipped and was refused as I had already requested to cancel. Package shows returned, but no refund for the bike that finally shipped or the one that was never shipped. Now website is closed. Too late to receive credit card refund. Out $4000.00. DO NOT EVER ORDER from Electric Bike Pros. Scam artists.
