My husband received Facebook post regarding a great deal on a electric wheelchair from "[email protected]" in February right around the time of the second stimulus check being issued. Web claim they were in business since 2018. He fell for this hook line and sinker. Giving his Debit Card number. For $980.00.
My husband disabilities prevent him from being able to stand for any length of time and he wanted something affordable to be able to take in the car with us so that he had mobility without the use of his walker. So he was excited to see such a great deal. I warned him that it seemed off. But it was his stimulus money and he went full steam ahead. We received a USPS Tracking letter in March. He thought great it was on its way. How wring we were. He received a 5x6 Envelope tracking Number 9500 1140 6104 1090 6065 15. Handwritten envelope that looks like a 1st grader wrote it. With a photocopy of a letter n picture of the $989.00 Electric Wheel Chair. Phone calls ignored emails ignored and to this very day no product that was supposed to be delivered. To add insult to this all we immediately called our Bank Wells Fargo. They reversed charged and then reversed them back to us. Stating they did deliver it? Their proof? The very same tracking number of the 5x6 envelope n photocopy... cost us $980.00 plus various fees for overdrawing his account. Mind you we reported it as soon as we received this from the Post Office.

This is a clear case of Thief by DECEPTION Case. And not only has this company vanished our Bank refuses to look at the facts and provide us with our proper refund. I guess you suppose to out the photocopy in water and hope that it materializes into a full size Electric Wheelchair.
We are more than pissed off!

Sent check for $985 on June 8, 2021. Check cleared June 9th. Was told wheelchair would ship as soon as check cleared. After many, many phone calls (always get a recording) so I leave a lengthy message and at least 7 emails, nothing. They take your money and the only thing you get is stress and loss of $985. They are SCAM ARTIST and should be held accountable. Very frustrated !

Paid $980.00 for a wheelchair, was sent a ups tracking number for a letter that was delivered advising wheelchair would ship shortly. Made several attempts to call ( mailbox full ) sent email with concerns. Receded email reply that it would ship shortly and if I couldn’t wait they would refund 100% guarenteed. 2 months later - no chair, no contact, no refund. Just sucks

I purchased a wheelchair for $980.00 as a birthday surprise for my 93 year old father. What I got was a ups tracking. Number to a letter and picture of the wheelchair delivered in the mailbox stating that the wheelchair would ship shortly.. I emailed them with my concerns and they emailed back stating it would ship shortly, but if I couldn’t wait, they would refund my money 100% guaranteed. Now 2 months later - no chair, have called listed number daily (mailbox full) and emailed daily. And of course no refund.
No response at all...just sucks...

I paid $980 for an electric wheelchair and got an email that the wheelchair would be shipped but called the number on the website and the message said the mailbox was full. Send an email to the email address on the website and no response after one week. I am afraid after reading the Whois,com profile that does not reveal the owner of the website or company, that this is a scam and was advertised on Facebook. Their website is https://www.electrichairpro.com/ I am disabled and have severe mobility issues and now have exhausted the money I need to buy a wheelchair.
