I made an order on 11/21/2016 for a self-balancing scooter for the price of 199.99 free shipping. They charged by bank card right away for 199.99 and didn't even charge tax. Their site advised a 3-5 day shipping delay due to high order volume. I waited until 12/01/2016 and called. A lady answered the phone and advised order would ship by the end of the day or the next (12/02/2016). The item still hasn't shipped and it is 12/08/2016. They no longer answer their phone or reply to emails. I feel they stole my $199.99 and have no intentions of shipping the product or refunding my money. I can't believe their web site is still up and running,

Charged credit card and never delivered the product. Will not respond to any correspondence.

We placed an order online. Merchant took our funds and never shipped the product. Can not.reach anyone at the number, address, or email provided.

I searched google for hoverboards to purchase as Christmas gifts for my children. Electric Empire USA came up first and was also located in Florida. I went on the site and read all the reviews. The reviews looked great. I made a purchased 2 hoverboards on 11/16/2016. The payment was taken from my credit card right away. I received a email that it was being processed. I waited about a few weeks and still never received another email that they were shipped or that they did anything with my order. I emailed them mutiple times. Finally i received 1 email saying my hoverboards were shipped. They sent me a FedEx tracking number but the tracking number only shows that a label was created and I called FedEx. Nothing has been shipped. Only a label was created. It been 3 days since the label was created. Now they will not respond to my emails or phone calls. I went on Facebook to look them up. There are many many people who also have been waiting on them to ship. I mean some facebook people have been waiting months. They never did receive the hoverboards. Here is my email from them about my order.
